Just wondering if anybody around here has a fender roller and can do it at least semi-professionally (I'd assume you would be able to if you had a fender roller in the first place).

I'm looking for someone to either help, or do the job for me (I'd be willing to pay if pizza, beer, and witty banter isn't enough). Looking for someone that won't overheat the paint and cause it to crack or worse, as well as taking the time to cleanly roll the fender, so you don't see dents afterward.

Just looking to have anywhere from 1.5-3cm rolled out evenly on the fronts and rear. (Here is the infamous S60 build thread for point of reference. http://forums.swedespeed.com/zerothread?id=114964)

Reason I'm looking to have this done is not only for looks, but the fenders just don't want to cooperate with the 235 tires w/ spacers. After the little lowering job, when there is enough weight in the car, is when problems occur that I would like to easily alleviate with the rolling of the fenders.

But yeah. Thanks in advance everyone! :)

RSI has a fender roller, but I'm not sure what their fee is.

It was $80 to do my rear fenders when I was there getting other work done last. Then again, that was just rolling lips, not actually making the fender lip be pushed out as shown in those pictures.....?

Pat, the rubbing that you're experiencing now is on your fender liners, the plastic themselves. I think. I don't know if you can get away with just ripping them out, or shaving them down, or what.

I know you can't pull the 850 fender liners, since they actually support the bumper.

$45 rental fee for 24 hours. Hint: Rent it on a Friday evening, and you can have it all weekend (I rolled fenders on two cars!)

Good point, it's the same way on these cars...

And that rental idea sounds good. Let me know if you do it so I can come over and roll my fronts. :) Heat gun helps keep the paint in good shape, I hear. Or at least helps.

I had to cut my fender liner to get the 19's to fit. Let me know next time I see you, and I'll show you how I modified the liners, and how I rolled/pulled the fenders so the wheels fit.

I rolled my fender lip with a baseball bat and wrapped towel :D

No paint chip for me.

Reviving an old thread.

I need some help on the front fender. It prove to be more difficult than my rear one. If i rent the fender roller from RSI, can someone help me?
