So...I lost the one and only key to the 245. I've looked pretty much everywhere all to no avail. So now I'm wondering how much it costs to get a new key made and the best (ie cheapest) place to get it done? Anybody?

Talk to Abdlock (did I finally get it right?) I bet he can give you a better price than anyone else.

Or you can call Jim Fisher's parts department and tell them I sent you(so that they might treat you nicely). You can get a new, Volvo quality key(Don may be able to get a Volvo blank as well, definitely worth asking him first), cut or two for less than $15/20 a key by VIN. That is, assuming the locks haven't been changed...

Got it all squared away! Thanks guys...although, the wife didn't get Volvo blanks...just generic blanks....oh well....Jim Fisher gave us the code and she had A-Max cut the keys...two keys for around 20 bucks! :D
