It looks like my stock garret t3 turbo seals have given up. It is blowing a lot of oil into the exhaust. Other than that, it seems like a good unit (almost no shaft play). Is it worth is to rebuild it? If so, how hard is it and what kit should I buy? Otherwise... I am in the market for a new turbo.

I've bought a rebuild kit off ebay and rebuilt 15G's. I mark the nut and the wheel and the rod with an exact o and then put the wheel back on the exact same place and didn't have it balanced and it worked great. Kits are like $75.
