Trimming in action. We did what we could to maintain a square surface for mounting up against the car. It wasn't perfect, but it was close enough, and I have no loose shock noises coming from the rear of my car.

Pressing the lower sleeve out of the bottom of the 240 shock, to be used in the bottom of the Suburban shock.(In theory, in this application of KYB GR-2s, the sleeve would not press out, so we had to resort to using "machine" washers, 2 18 gauge
